I live in Arizona, desperation in the summer with no winds, means my vapor gets a lot of work out. And often kisses the the ground. Well I go overconfident and got a small rip in my kits sail from a thorn bush. Looking for advice as to how to repair sail as light as possible and not throw off the balance too much. Some suggested Mylar tape, looks heavy Is there a difference between Mylar and Tedlar tape in the old days we use to use a bead of crazy glue, is that technique still in vogue? Looking for wisdom of the group. thanks for the replies
