    hello Fred: i have forwarded your question to Bell Chiu and here is what he asked me to reply "it's an indoor kite (185cm) built for executing tricks." It is designed by Bell Chiu and made by flying wings in Taiwan....will be on the market in April-May. Thanks I can what till April-May. Fred
