About Me
Rich Miller passed away in August of 2004... He and his lovely wife Evonne were awarded Tako Kichi by the Westport Windriders in 1996, Rich served as past president of the North Coast Sky Painters and could be found flying kites by day at Ocean Shores, Grayland or Longbeach, Washington and on the Web at night.
