  1. I would love to get your kite but I'm actually looking for the Orca colored one.
  2. Your getting me very tempted, but I just bought 6 Fury's. So yeah I'm kinda broke. But if it hits the magic number I just might need to go deeper in debt. Who me, I don't have a kite problem!
  3. I'm in, I desperately need a newer quad. As my current one has 4 rips in it.
  4. I'm in, this might be perfect for my only quad I own, "a mid vent" I finally got a rev a used one but that's ok. Still learning.
  5. I would like the red white gray and black one if it ever is considered for sale.
  6. It will be perfect for my new line leaders I just recently bought from TK. I have not checked the mail to see if there here yet maybe they will be shipped with my new purple Rev. Come on RNG pick me. Pleaseeeeee
  7. Happy Birthdayyyy to me,Happy birthday to me,Happy birthday to meeeeee. Oh wait my birthday has already past and it was a blast at the AKA Convention. The very last day of the convention was my birthday and they had a birthday banquet for me.....all though they did sing happy birthday to Simon Crafts, what a great guy. Well it might not have been for me but it was the BEST birthday ever. Made a lot of great new friends. Good luck to everyone.
  8. Congratulations, Fly in good health and may good health come from flying.
  9. I'm not sure if any of the comments above were meant for me. But it came across as a dig towards me not banter. All I wanted to do was share in the karma and I would have posted the next karma prize. There is a line between banter and digs ( Midwest gibberish ). But since I'm not smart enough to distinguish the difference I would like to Respectively Remove my entry. I am NOT IN. This is not the first time I have felt as I don't belong in Kite Life. That is why I have not been on for a while. I kinda see how some might feel the same way as I feel making them leave Kite Life. But I will not be ran out because there is a lot of info that is helpful to me there are not many kite fliers in my area and this is where I learn. I will keep my kites in the sky it's more friendly there. I'M OUT
  10. How about this Wayne, if I win I can see if they would send it to you fist to try out. You can fly it for a month then mail it to me. Sound good
  11. I'm in. :-) If I win will someone come teach me how to fly it....
  12. Oh yeah Kymera so icanflyya. My turn to win I don't own a quad line kite yet.....oh wait that comment was for the past Rev drawings. Good luck everyone, ,, especially me come on RNG
  13. R N G , im sure it means rookie number generator..... sooooo, it might be nice to me since I am a rookie. .... hint hint--rng. If not it's still all good. ....Happy winds all.
  14. Thank you Stryker 48, I learned the hard way about flying a ribbon tail on my Prism E 3 in wind I should have not been flying in. I had landed the kite at the side of the wind window, staked down my lines and while I was walking to the kite to break it down the wind shifted just a little bit and the kite launched into the air then took a hard left and dived into the ground. I think the combination of the tail and wind speed plus the nose dive is what caused the spine to snap. So no more of me pushing my luck in strong winds. Still have yet to get me a REV but when I do I think the only tails I will put on it will be the surveyors tape as Reef Runner mentioned earlier. Thanks for your 2 cents that could be worth a lot more.
  15. Jason if that is a vote for me to the RNG I greatly appreciate it but somehow I don't think the RNG operates from a voting stand point. There does not seem to be a lot of kite flyers where I live so I'm on my own most of the time, except when a stranger ask if they could try to fly my kite. So I let them fly what ever dual line I have in the sky. With a few instructions from a beginner myself they fall in love with it. Fingers crossed none of them have broken anything yet. If the vote was not for me I apologize to the RNG for my long winded story of my life. Good luck everyone
  16. I have yet to even see a REV fly except on the computer. I would definitely love to win this, please RNG be nice to me. Purple is just a bonus, love it. Guess I will try posting for the RNG because not posting seems not to work. Hmm well if I don't win at least I tried. Could the RNG please tell me how it is to fly a REV? Thanks. Hope full hunter here
  17. I'm sure everyone has there reason for wanting to win this beautiful kite......but ... I have only got to see a quad line kite by watching it on you tube or watching the Great videos here on Kite Life.... So with that being said, I'm proly not going to win but however If someone has a REV they don't fly much maybe I could RENT IT OUT...... However not holding my breath on renting one.... Do to the fact it might cost more to rent then buy Good luck everyone.....esp ME
  18. Oh Oh O OO O Oh Oh pick me, pick me RNG. I think this kite would be perfect for the crazy wind here.
  19. Thanks for the help. Looks like I should be able too fix it with the great help from you all. Thanks again
  20. My first major damage caused by a," I cant believe I did that " . OK the story goes like this. Had a great day for flying so I grabed two kites and headed to the field. Until recently I only owned one kite. I bought a couple from Allen Carter. So I grab the NewTech Seduction that I got from Allen and proceeded to get it assembled to fly. Now remember this was my first time with a kite different then my older kite. Got the kite into the sky and in less then 3 min. the kite made a terrible sound and collapsed together and fell to the ground. As I took that long sad walk to the kite thinking I had broken the kite because of the wind. Come to find out I was so excited to fly my new toy I forgot to put in the upper spreader ( I think it's called a spreader not sure ). But either way I still broke it. Could I get some advice on how to repair the sail and I also need to replace the bottom left spreader, it cracked and went through the sail. The rip is about 3in. long and aprx. 1 in. wide at the top. The spreader is pretty thin wall and 29 and a half inch long. If you respond PLEASE remember I am still very new to stunt kites. So if you could explain it to me like I was a 12yr. old I would greatly appreciate it. True Rookie,,, Mike P.S. Allen, Im so sorry. I know it belongs to me now but somehow I feel like I gave your child a spanking. I so wanted to take extra special care of them. I know I will have a learning curve but no excuse for not putting the kite together all the way. On the plus side I did my first tip stab (I think thats what it is called). Did it with my old dual line.
  21. Great flying, who makes the music in this video?
  22. That's cool. That thing is wicked fast, kinda sounds like a jet.
