  1. Hello! My name is Jason, I am from Melbourne Australia. I was recently introduced to a 2 line stunt kite by my brother in law, and I was hooked! I did some research online and am now the proud owner of a Prism Quantum and a 75 foot tube tail. I have had a few outings with it already, and I am sure you are probably not surprised to learn that I am already waiting on replacement center T as a result of some high speed soil samples. So in the meantime I was hoping for some advice and suggestions! What would you consider "must have" accessories? Is there a list of stunts or some sort of order that I should start learning them in? Good online resources for said stunts? (other than this one!) General tips and tricks for total noobs? Relating to the Quantum: Any suggested mods, tips or tricks? What parts are most prone to breaking? Thank you in advance! Jason.

I messed up with the audio, still working out the whole editing thing! It was mainly wind noise anyway.

  4. I have a nice quantum for drawing this time around . No lines or bag will be included. This drawing will end on at 7pm PST 7/12/2016 It will be drawn via RNG If you are a KiteLife forum member from the US or Canada, you are eligible to enter. You do not have to be a paid subscriber. Members from Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are welcome to enter the Karma drawings provided they are willing to pay half of the Karma prize shipping cost. The method and timing of the payment will be agreed upon between the two parties after the drawing for a particular prize. Here is the link to the original Rules and Guidelines thread: http://kitelife.com/forum/topic/5426-rules-and-guidelines-please-read/ The mechanism for the drawing itself is entirely at the discretion of the person offering the prize. In the past, entry number has been determined either by order of entry or by the post number in which the member declares entry into the drawing. The drawings have been performed using the RNG method (http://www.random.org/sequences/) or by choosing the numbers out of a hat. The only requirement is that the method of selection is clearly spelled out in the drawing post. Entry into the drawings is done by STARTING a post in the drawing thread with the entry phrase chosen by the drawing host (Traditionally "I'm in", but "I LIKE" has been used as well). In order to remove any confusion or misinterpretation, only entries with posts that START with the phrase will be considered. As with all other KiteLife drawings, bantering is encouraged. This is for fun after all.
  5. Hey Y'all, it's time to let some go. We have twins due in September and not enough house for them and all my hobbies. I guess I'll give priority to the babies. Anyhow, these look like the ones that don't make the cut. Prism Tensor 3.1 has been flown once. Has dye marks on the back of the sail, apparently from the lines, but is 100% functional. $250 SOLD Prism Micron 5 Stack x2) As far as I can tell the sails are identical. One set has ripstop tails, the other has plastic tails. $175 each. $300 for the pair Gomberg Super Sled (Yellow/Black), pennant tail, 2 transition tails, ITW 11' Squid, 200'x200# line and sand anchor, 2 spiral worms. $150 Prism Stylus 2.8) I don't remember if I've ever had this one up in the air. No lines $75 HQ DeltaHawk, I've not flown this DeltaHawk yet. I was planning on stacking it with the other, but it never happened. No lines. $20 shipped with anything from above. Non-Smoking home, prices include CONUS shipping. I can take further pictures of anything that you are interested in and may even have time tonight to spread out them out.

  10. I am sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been answered already. If it is please direct me to the correct area. I currently have a Prism Nexus that I have flown for about a year and a half. I feel proficient with my basic control of the kite and can perform snap stalls and a few other very basic tricks and occasionally pull off a sketchy axel. I feel that I will need a different kite to progress to more advanced tricks. I am looking to get a kite that is advanced enough to do many tricks and that I will not need a new one soon. Price is an enormous factor to me. I want to spend as little as possible. I have considered the Prism Hypnotist, quantum and E3. I would like to know what alternatives there are and what kites you would recommend. My price range if flexible but I would really like to pay around e3 money or less. -Thank you ,
