kellykelly Posted January 16, 2007 Report Share Posted January 16, 2007 Hi, Come out and fly with us at the 2007 Polar Bear Plunge at Sandy Point State park for Special Olympics Jan 27 Saturday 2007 Live bands, Craft venders, Food, Pig-racing, 20 ton Sand Sculpture, TV Station 11 WBLA will be on hand broadcasting from the event , Radio station 98 rock, Kids fun zone and more ... and a heated tent if you get cold. Dennis and I along with Jeff and Joyce King would love for you to come out and fly with us!! We are going to start setting up banners and kites at 8:30 am. They are expecting about 2,500 people taking the plunge. It will be a fun day and LOTS of media coverage! We hope you can come out and join us!!!! You need to get to the park around 8:30- 9:00 am. After that you might have to park in one of the off sight parking lots and take the shuttle to the park.It will be Free inter the park !! If you need any more info drop us an e-mail.
