[/indent]Okay, this one is going to come across as being a little shameless, but this is the prize we've got for you!

B-Series Revolution 1.5 - Vented
(MSRP $340 - prize includes line set)

Posted Image

Based on the original Rev 1.5 design, the John Barresi Signature Series is the ideal choice for any hard core precision or competition flier... After 17 years of competition and nine national quad line championships, John has utilized a number of modifications and features which make this a true high performance package.

To keep you competitive, the B-Series Vented comes with two frames... One 3-wrap (UL) and one 4-wrap (Revolution Equipped), giving you the versatility of being able to switch your frames based on the current wind, and you can also slide one leading edge in parallel with the second leading edge when the wind is up, effectively doubling your leading edge strength.

The B-Series handles are 13" long, and come with a pre-tied adjustment knot system which enables you to increase or decrease the reverse control.

Last but not least, the B-Series also comes with a weight kit, two 2 gram lead weights fit neatly into the end of your spars, and are secured with a short tail... Also included is a dedicated DVD, and a ready to fly line set (80'x90#)... Prize kite is black/aqua (as pictured), videos below show this model in action.

Are we there yet ... why not ... that's so long.

That kite would fit right in with future plans that are being made. I can't wait ... even with a probablility of only 0.38% it's better odds than the lotto. Can I talk to Mr. Random?

Neat prize John, thanks for offering it up!

Cheers,
Tom

Aye, it is a little ways off... But we try and do these things every 4-6 weeks. :w00t:

With the prize value being what it is, this being a slower time of the year, and all kinds of goodies going up for grabs over on the Rev forum, I thought it only fair to put this out to the full six weeks (approx)... But, you can look forward to a couple more of these coming up in the 2009 prize drawings.

Now, go fly! <grin>

John,

Please promise not to put up a mid-vent B-series in Lime ... you know, with line and all. I'll never get to sleep if you do that.

Cheers,
Tom
