any one have any input on the "soul" by premier? getting to be kite season here in WI and trolling for maybe an upgrade (acrobatx is my current). i am am kind of undecided between deep space, gemini, silver fox, and now possibly the soul. anyone here with experience with any or all of these, by chance? i know enough about the silver fox, though never flown one, but i am really interested in the benson kites and, of course, the soul.

wrong question.
soul is not by premier, but the Flying Wings (so are acrobatx, and Silver Fox).
Soul is made in the studio in Taiwan (Silver Fox is manifactured in the factory in China).
Silver Fox is for entry level flyer (good/enough for clean execution).
it comes in two sizes 2.3 and 2.5
Soul is a kite that happy to perform tricks that tick your fancy.

The Soul is a nice all around kite. Build is excellent and it has many nice touches.
The feel is solid, but surprisingly nimble. Tracks like a heavier kite, but responds to a light touch.
I think the Soul would be perfect for someone who likes the feel of the QP buts wants to move up to a trickier kite.

Another thing to know is that the Soul is made from Icarex. It will trick as well as the best of them and can do roll-ups amazingly quick and easy. Build quality is as good or better than any kite on the market and special attention has been given to all the major areas of concern, especially the nose and stress points. The Nose is awesome and super clean. Very nice kite with ultra high quality build and all the bells and whistles - and some new innovations as well. Great kite.
