I'm not aware of any hearing impaired programs, but I think it's a great idea. :blink:

You would need a kite-flyer and a kite-knowledgable signer, or someone who is both, although I think a kite-flyer/signer would "have his hands full" so to speak.

I think a team like that would be instantly welcome at any school or program devoted to hearing-impaired children.
