All IKE members are invited! This is a fun fly to honor the late Indiana kite-maker Merritt Beck. People who own Merritt's kites will fly them but people will also fly all other kinds of kites, including dual and (gasp!) quad sport kites. The venue is fantastic: 1,000 acres of mowed field! Academy of Model Aeronautics, 5151 E. Memorial Dr., Muncie, IN. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There's no food service nearby, so pack a lunch and enjoy some Hoosier kiting hospitality!
