  1. I had no intention to miss out on this quad clinic as I did on the previous one in Denmark. Nonetheless I believe it was a boost for my QLK-skills then anyhow since I was determined to compensate for the missed training event. This time however I'll use the prior practice time to be prepared so that I can get as much as possible out of the (real) clinic.

  5. Flexfoil sacker series kites ( 6, 8, 10 ) are having the spare on front of the vents and that is making sometime hard to launch by yourself if the wind is not hard enough at ground level. that may be adjusted from the end stoppers where the lines are connected

  6. I weight the trailing edge of my foil kites, and just take a few steps back when I'm ready to launch. The leading edge rises, the kite inflates, and the weight gets dumped off and left behind when the kite launches. I use sand usually, but also carry beach stones in my foil bag in case I get stuck flying somewhere other than the beach. I've heard of people using water bottles...

  7. You wouldn't be trying to launch them upside down would you? I know it sounds stupid, but it's a possibility.

  9. yes, the wind will keep the kite on the fence and you do not need help to launch and no need for stake to

  11. Wish you were here 😊. These 1/2 axle failures the last couple weeks are driving me nuts . My geese, chickens, Great Dane and little dogs stay enclosed on a acre. Does get poopy at times (weekly patrol)but the birds sure make things green. Akbash and alpacas got 79 acres but poop in the same piles. Very convenient. Keeps my shoes and kites pretty clean. Prepared right goose is so much better than turkey. Boom, boom, boom 3 in the bag. Hey no back off not mine. Mine are pets. A goose produces a fantastic 1 egg omelette.
