  1. Nah, still don't care for the move... Just working on adding it to me repertoire, along with the Duplex, Taz Machine and a few other tricks I'd not learned yet.
  2. I'm thinking TK has the answer to that! Boy howdy.
  3. 540 flat spin? Dean Ahem, check out the first move in this video. No custom colors, this is a factory model kite... Looks like the stock trim colors will be blue, red and yellow (3 options).
  4. My dual line project, to be available through authorized Into The Wind distributors, pre-ordering opens in February.
  5. Looks like TK, Yuji and myself will be at West Delta Park this Saturday (October 23) if the weather is suitable.

Hope to see some of you there, probably from 10am onward. ;)

  6. Yup, you got it.

  8. Aye, edited my original post... Right now, I'm on a pint of coffee.
  9. I do so love pre and post prize banter.
  10. Ha, just realized I already posted the life74 link - sorry, plate's full, a bit scattered. Seems to me the biggest dynamic is sociological... Kiting has taken a hit with baseball games, camping trips, and all sorts of other outdoor family activities. In my eyes, it's a matter of representing kiting in new ways, appealing to the new generations in ways that they can relate to and get excited by.
  11. Darned copy and paste! Blue, it is.
  12. My pleasure Chuck, glad to do it! Great fun team flying with you on Sunday by the way, let's do it again here in Portland sometime. <grin>
  13. I believe kiting is going through an evolutionary process as we speak... A lot has changed since the early 90s, and organized kiting was (is) a little slow to evolve from a presentation standpoint. A lot of the old guard is dropping off by attrition, some new faces are coming in or "coming of age", I honestly see good things in the years to come. 14. Aye, I can't praise the Zen enough... Bazzer and I really wanted to create a kite that could make extreme light wind flying accessible to anyone, especially those with limited mobility. I'm happy to say we're very happy with the result.
  15. We're pleased to yet again announce the next prize being given away to our most appreciated supporters, the Kitelife Subscribers...
