    Why is super glue the glue of choice for C-clips? Is it a desirable feature that they come off on impact? I think that epoxy would hold better requiring less TLC. It has not been an issue for me as I only had 1 c-clip come off on a hard impact and it was obvious it was off, but if this requires constant checking it can become annoying.

    I would check the position of the rubber connectors for the upper and lower spreaders, which are held in place by some c-clips. If the c-clips got unglued or were glued incorrectly at the factory things can move asymmetrically and out of place. If this was off since it was new, you can try sending a picture to Premier to see if they can help you. Also Jon T at kites and fun things should be able to help with measurements and suggestions as he designed the kite. Check your PM.

    What led's did you use? Have you considered RC Airplane led strips? https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-high-density-r-c-led-flexible-strip-red-1mtr.html These work with 2s or 3s lipo batteries.. This is the smallest 2s pack I could find: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-nano-tech-300mah-2s-45-90c-lipo-pack.html Maybe these led's can be sticked to a regular kite adding about 30 grams of weight.

    I found some more info. The KHK Skyscraper is a rebranded Widow NG Special with an extra tail. The Widow NG Special Edition as compared to the regular Widow NG has a sail with fewer panels/less stitching, non-removable or less adjustable weights, and lower grade/more stretchy spectra lines. The frame is supposedly identical. The difference in the lines may explain the mushyness reported by Tim P. above. It was built to meet a lower price point, and while the differences are small, there are some differences.

    Thanks for the replies. Considering the Widow NG is often recommended, and given the price difference with the khk skyscraper, it would be great to have a side by side comparison. If they are the same as suggested by the specs, khk would sell them easily, but apparently they don't as they have plenty in stock and not many people around here seem to own one. I'll call Premier to see if they can provide more info.

    Did anybody buy the KHK Skyscraper? Is it exactly the same as the widow ng special edition? Wondering if they cut any corners, hence the lower price.
