I purchased my first Kite - "Hawaiian" from Top of the Line in 1991.  In 1993 I attended the Kortwright Kite Festival north of Toronto and watched with awe and admiration.  There I met Lam Hoac and had no idea who he was! I had him make a Dream Kite for me that same year and was quite pleased with the fabric colour patterns we chose.  My kite flying was on and off for many years until I recently watched Youtube videos on "newer" tricks that I had no idea even existed!  Well, with a renewed interest I purchased a Silver Fox 2.0 Pro from the Great Canadian Kite Co.  It was my wife's Christmas gift to me for 2020 which she realized as I opened it!  Haha!  I'm trying new tricks, have already repaired it twice, and am looking forward to being part of this great kite flying community.  Thanks, John for all you do!  I look forward to meeting up with some of you!
