Paintballknight

So I flew my Snake wheel today, but felt the wind was not strong enough to spin the snake wheel into the sky, It did lift but for some reason the snake wheel had issues turning. It would not spin, but sagged the whole time..... I have a 14 foot Aztec delta. It was barely strong enough to get the wheel up BUT it did finally lift. Is there an angle I am forgetting about that a Ultrafoil 30 gets that other kites don't? I watched the video and they used the same angle but it spun much better for them Any thoughts here are welcome.
