I'm looking for a kite project to make with my sister (she does sewing better than me, I do kites better than her, we can work together!).

But, with no previous kitemaking experience, I just can't figure it all out. I know how to make the tail. And that's it.
Can anyone help? Has anyone seen, or even made, one of these? Or do any of you look at the plans and think "well, that's obvious."
