There are a number of flyers in the Norfolk area. Harold Ames and Doug Charleville are 2 that come to mind. Both are nice guys and willing to help . Being in Virginia beach you aren't that far from the Outer Banks, where Kitty Hawk KItes hold several different events through out the year. Jockey's Ridge is a popular place to fly there.

The only luck I've had teaching anyone to fly quads was with my son-in-law. He had some experience flying duals and really liked my Flexies. I started him on an Eolo quad foil i had , and he did good so I put him on my EXP. He did ok and enjoyed it enough to try it again. He pounded the sand a few times but did better than I did when I first started. It doesn't really matter if they are a newbie or a dual flyer . I have tried to help a couple of others with no luck. Sure could have used your help Doug but you weren't available.

Doug, Why did you wait so long to get a rev 2? The day you helped me I went right to mine and of the few Revs i have it is my favorite by far.
