  1. Love it love it love it. What a flyer. Maybe someday we will meet.
  2. You're doing a great job, John. Keep it up.
  3. Don't worry about it. Probably just me in an odd mood. People are out flying, I guess.
  4. no 252 yet, this is my 120 Very nice LLamaguy. To launch a 252 is possible by one person, but having a fellow flyer really makes it simple. I would think the 500 would require several people. Had one end cell collapse the other day. The other cells collapsed in sequence. Was that ever weird. Next time I fly, I'll put two 100' windsocks and a 10' Spinsock with it. Have a kite festival this weekend, so will take some photos for you folks to see.
  5. I'll spend more time on the Rev Forum. Bye.
  6. Seems when I post something, very few add to it or respond. Would be nice to hear of other people's experiences. Kiteflying would be a good subject.
  7. Any feedback or comments.
  8. Seems that people don't want to give feedback. Why? When feedback is given, it seems to be the same people. ???????????????? Not posting this to be mean or upset people, just wondered.
  9. Rev 2 and B-Series Vented Rev. Niban kite. Original Red Pyro Rainbow Flowform 252 How I felt at days end.
  10. At Parksville Beach, Vancouver Island, west coast of Canada on July 19 & 20. Should be a fun time. I'll be there with some BIG kites.
  11. WoW! Did you ever measure the wing span? Wow! T Wingspan is 14 1/2 ft and 6 ft. tall. Sparred with hollow fiberglass 505 spars and 1 1/2 ounce material. Makes a lot of noise. We attached a ripstop nylon tail to each of the" t " fittings with a bungee cord. When the tail became taut, it vibrated and made a noise which sounded like water pouring onto a piece of plywood. Have flown a stack of four but could not turn them. Too much pull. Three was a handful. Ah, the good old days of kiting when I was younger.
  12. Two Kitemandu Predator kites. Al Smith on the left, myself on the right.
  13. I have no idea and no info on it.
  14. Used two stack lines per flexi and two stack lines from last one to the first delta bridle clips. The rest have five link lines. This was done around 1990's. Used to enjoy being pulled around, but advancing years have pretty much ended this practice. Here is another monster stack of Kitemandu Predator kites with 14' wingspan x three.
  15. Pull your arms off. 30' wingspan.
