G'day and welcome.
By Fade Launch, do you mean
on back nose into the wind and rise, or
on belly nose away and POP into a Fade?
When I tried my Gemini, pop to a fade, thing just leaped into the air. Much higher than my others!

Not nervous at all. I've lawn darted it before... Holes can be patched. Sticks can be replaced. And it was the easiest to grab at the time.
Even my Rasta Jammin is capable of more than me at the moment but the Sevens are just really nice to fly.

Great mix of kites. Love it!

Very sweet!
SUL's, barely feeling the wind yet the kite feels empowered by it. The calmness of action, the impossibly s-l-o-w rotations. A feeling of oneness.
I love flying my SUL most of all. I'm glad you like your own 'vana and look forward to hearing more.

Always a good thing to have goals.

Great report. Kite Party is definitely on my list to attend. This whets the appetite even more. Thanks.

Great choice of tunes to match the flying.
Mellow baby.
Great job.

Yes, very familiar.
No, not alone...
I'm really digging my 7SUL. The calmness of action. Having to slow down and guide it through transitions. A big SUL wing is really fun and relaxing to fly. A little bit Zen even. Please post a review, after a little "get to know you" time. I've been curious on the 'Vana myself.

Great debut. Looked like plenty of high jinx and fun was had by all. Many smiles in the pics. Well done.

I keep some kites on hand, at the ready. You know, just in case...
Nice selection.

Ha ha ha. I was thinking "23 degrees that's a great temp". But then I realised you are in Fahrenheit! Yep that is cold! Those micro kites are pretty cool.

That mesh delta is just glorious!

Looks like plenty of room for a sleeping bag...
If one should visit the Kite Cave...

It ain't about the destination, it's about the ride.
You meet folks along the way. Some ride for a short while, some for the rest of the way. But each one builds a memory.
Keep it up mate.

My Seven will launch into a fade from ground. It needs careful tending as the winds close to the ground are a little variable...
When popping off the ground into a fade, yes there was some big arm movements. And steps too. I haven't tried it with my Sevens but the Gemini has the extra mass from having essentially 3 spines!
Glad to hear how you are doing.
