I must say that I am very fortunate to live in a town like Jacksonville as a kite flier. With our river,seven bridges,downtown,city parks, and last but not least....beaches. The wind is accessible everywhere.. It gives me many locations to say...that looks like a good spot,stop,and let it fly!

And when no wind is to be found....break a sweat,run it out on the beach, and let it fly!

A day of no work.... But plenty of rain.

What's a kite flyer supposed to do?

It's way harder to take a picture of a dual line than a rev by yourself......or maybe its because I'm a rookie!

I believe its time...

Rain...rain...go away!

I've got a dual line that wants to come out and play!

I think it's time to make like Orville and Wilbur...... And head out for the first flight!

Wooohooo!.... Parts to fix the mojo,rev rod, Prism Quantum(dual line), and a Wala (single line).. Now just speed back to Jax and my toxic list will be complete.

To do list for today:

1-Shower

2-Drive to St.Augustine

3-Spend life savings @ Extreme Kites

4-Go Fly!

Turning out to be an absolutely beautiful day! The cold is finally gone and the beach is packed.

Tired of working for worthless companies.... Thinking its time for me to work for myself again!

I've tried my hardest to keep my mouth shut and play stupid....just not working out too well.

1line..2 lines..3 lines or 4...

Everytime I buy a new kite...

It just leaves me wanting more!

I fly everyday...whether its day or whether its night...

So if you have a kite you don't fly....

Send it my way...

I'll go ahead and book its flight!

One good thing about the upcoming season.... The big red life guard chairs are back!

Now I have an obstacle to play with besides a trash can and street sign....

It's always nice to know that it takes security at Merrill Lynch 30 minutes to find and run the guy off with the 8' kite on 80' lines ....wearing a safety Orange long sleeve shirt. . Some inland fun!

The rain is falling and the skies are grey...

The thunder crashes..which leads me to say....

I guess kite flying will have to wait for another day...

Double your pleasure...double your fun..when you put 2 kites up....it pulls a hell of a lot more than 1!

A very windy day...and after an hour of being dragged...my face hurts from smiling!

Feeling a 1.5 and an EXP are about too mate and produce a different flavor of 2 stack Revolutions.

Ran 5 kids breathless for about 30 minutes straight... Then got a huge thank you from both mothers as the kids went by single file saying Ty.

What fun!

I've seen all types of road kill in my life....but today was a first.

A Turkey OCEANSIDE A1A......must have been taking a midnight stroll on the beach.

What fun it is to play with little kids (big kids too) on the beach with the kite!

You can see pure happiness and joy in their eyes as this flying thing soars up and sets down next to them and starts to interact with them...jumping,dancing,floating... All while never making a sound.....

Nice to feel alive,eating and outdoors after a week of pure misery...

Have not eaten or been out of bed since Monday evening.... Thanks for the gift.

It's torture being sick and listening to the wind blow outside...
