  1. Hello. The middle section of the bridle has been damaged. The kite author has no plans for a bridle. I did not find diagrams on the net with these dimensions as mine. I had to save with a regulation cord. I am looking for bridle plans with dimensions such as photo. https://photos.app.goo.gl/vaxVCmjixviyCEE56 https://photos.app.goo.gl/vaxVCmjixviyCEE56
  2. Hi I'm a kite newbie except for an Into the Wind Delta I had years ago. I've seen the big octopus kites all over lately, and had to have one. Now after hours of researching I realize there is very little info out there about how to attach, what kind of line, etc. I have found videos of how to daisy chain, and the larks head knot. I bought 150 lb line for my 49 ft octopus. It's a soft airfoil with a complicated looking bridle. Anyone out there have one? Any tips about how to attach to a line? Do I need heavier line? EmmaKites just told me.. no, we don't have instructions. Downsid

  4. Hi all, just an FYI - with the same quality she applies to our Pro Leaders, TK has also started tying up bridles that are compatible with any common model of 1.5 (including EXP, SLE, NYM, B-Series, etc) in ! They are available in a variety of colors using 100% cored bridle line, these are no factory build - totally accurate! We also have SUL compatible bridles made with 90# LPG Spectra, great for those ultralight 1.5 kites! ORDER HERE ---> http://kitelife.com/forum/store/category/5-accessories/
  5. So you have some older kites that you love to fly but can no longer get replacement parts for. The bridle is about to break, what do you do?
  6. I can't find it! I even tried the direct Kitelife.com and I get a 404 not found page Thanks [emoji41]🤙🏻 Sent from my iPad using KiteLife mobile app
  7. Just a short post to talk about getting a new kite! I found a green prism quantum on craigslist while away for work for $60 The owner said it had been flown once but everything seemed brand new including the lines so I'm guessing it was just opened up once or twice indoors. I took it out yesterday and this morning, and it flies great. Interestingly, when flipping through the manual I found out that you can tune the lower yokes on the bridle for "radical" or "forgiving" flight. Both quantums had been set for 'forgiving'. It is crazy what a difference it makes switching things to radical
  8. So i have a lot of dual line and most all have a little different bridle. i dont know the names and what they all mean. turbo bridle, reverse turbo bridle, whats the difference. i have a bead bridle system on my silver fox and its a knock of nirvana. the guy i was flying with yesterday made the same bridle that is on his nirvana and put it on his silver fox. the sea devil is the exact same as the nirvana as well what bridle does it have. is there any benefit to a fancy bridle over a basic 3 point bridle for an older kite that wont see any slack in its lines? cheers
