Never on a dogstake, but it's happened during catch and throw during turbulent wind when the kite jumps a bit on the way down causing a miss with the hand and a catch with the forehead or grill.

Pretty awesome doing a snap lazy into your own hands, tip stab either side of you, etc... I've even managed one JL, some backspins, etc.
