handle lines? I assume from the pictures you ask about leaders. Most of us use John Barresi model. Longer than factory with multiple knots for fine adjustment.

If I am not wrong the top ones are around 9 inches long with knots from ¾ to ¾ with 7 knots. Bottom ones are around 4-5 inches with knots from ½ to ½ with 4 knots.

you will find to buy new here

Thanks, how long from top handle to the first knot that is i hope know.

The measurement isn't super critical as long as your pair matches.  First knot is generally anywhere from 5 to 6 inches out for top leaders. Usually around 2 inches for the bottom.. The Key Trick here is the even spacing for the top knots is wider spacing than the even spacing for the bottom leaders.. This allows you to fine tune.

So you can fine tune.. If you move in one knot at the top (3/4") and in one knot at the bottom (1/2') you've actually created a 1/4" adjustment..

You can effectively tune out very small inequalities in the actual lines..

thank you very much ,that is a problem about math,it is so funny.   thanks,  haha, I finally understand  why knot 3/4 for top line and 1/2 for boteem line.
