April 23 2022 at Montague Park ( sculpture fields 33 acaers) Chattanooga TN 1800 Polk St. Off main st. Been doing this with Chuck for longer than can remember. No kite come any way I will make you a 1$ kite yes! Guarantee d to fly. You will have to come with at least a smile! Hope to meet some awesome new friends.
