Hi there,

I've just subscribed to kitelife and I'm now able to post messages and stuff but I still cannot download any files. I keep getting this message when I click on the download buttons:

[#10850.1] An internal error occurred. Please contact an administrator

Is this because my status is still not confirmed as a 'subscriber'? I already have the 'official subscriber' logo on my posts though. Could someone help please? :big_band:
