Comes with 13 tubes about 60' long. Some sort of plastic, made with packing tape at the seams. Seem to hold up pretty good, easy to repair and it looks like one or two have been repaired and will need a repair. I am sure it will be easy. This thing would look awesome in the sky. Similar effect as the Ray Bethel Banner set pictured below. Send me some offers, I am open. You pay shipping, I will ship out pretty quick.
