I have an HQ Symphony 1.4 for the drawing. It is gently used, in great shape and comes with a belt pack, line and straps, a cool spinning tail that I made (see Go Make a Kite for vid of the tail.)
I've also included a little mini-stake that I use to lay out the lines. Multi-colored. This is a fun kite, fast enough for good play but not too strong a pull so you can let your larger kids use it.
I'll leave it up for a week and draw a number on Sep 5th, and as soon as somebody tells me where to get the number to draw.
Some rules and guidelines:
Don’t play unless you’re willing to put up a prize and ship it to whoever wins.
Shipping is paid by the original poster, the winner pays nothing. Be prepared to ship your prize anywhere in the lower 48 US States. Sorry, but due to shipping costs, we really have to limit this to the lower 48 US States.
RULE CHANGE (7/31/2014): Members from Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are welcome to enter the Karma drawings provided they are willing to pay half of the Karma prize shipping cost. The method and timing of the payment will be agreed upon between the two parties after the drawing for a particular prize.
You can choose the length of the giveaway, but keep it between 1 and 2 weeks.
Try to ship the prize promptly. You should be able to ship it within a week, but if you can’t, PM the winner and let them know. Sometimes life gets in the way! This whole thing works on the honor system so if there are any problems shipping or receiving a prize, it needs to be worked out between the two parties. Don’t forget…Karma!
This isn’t a competition, but feel free to be generous! If you can only put up a hat, or a tail for a stunt kite, great! If you have something in your kite bag that you never fly and would be willing to ship, that’s great too. Either way, the people that join to win it will appreciate it.
When you receive your prize, post a thank you to the thread where you won it.
The thread will be locked after that point so the new **KARMA** stays above it.
Good luck, and have fun!

My name is Jason, I am from Melbourne Australia.
I was recently introduced to a 2 line stunt kite by my brother in law, and I was hooked! I did some research online and am now the proud owner of a Prism Quantum and a 75 foot tube tail.
I have had a few outings with it already, and I am sure you are probably not surprised to learn that I am already waiting on replacement center T as a result of some high speed soil samples.
So in the meantime I was hoping for some advice and suggestions!
What would you consider "must have" accessories?
Is there a list of stunts or some sort of order that I should start learning them in? Good online resources for said stunts? (other than this one!)
General tips and tricks for total noobs?
Relating to the Quantum:
Any suggested mods, tips or tricks?
What parts are most prone to breaking?
Thank you in advance!
I have a nice quantum for drawing this time around . No lines or bag will be included.
This drawing will end on at 7pm PST 7/12/2016
It will be drawn via RNG

Here is the link to the original Rules and Guidelines thread: http://kitelife.com/forum/topic/5426-rules-and-guidelines-please-read/
The mechanism for the drawing itself is entirely at the discretion of the person offering the prize. In the past, entry number has been determined either by order of entry or by the post number in which the member declares entry into the drawing. The drawings have been performed using the RNG method (http://www.random.org/sequences/) or by choosing the numbers out of a hat. The only requirement is that the method of selection is clearly spelled out in the drawing post.
Entry into the drawings is done by STARTING a post in the drawing thread with the entry phrase chosen by the drawing host (Traditionally "I'm in", but "I LIKE" has been used as well). In order to remove any confusion or misinterpretation, only entries with posts that START with the phrase will be considered. As with all other KiteLife drawings, bantering is encouraged. This is for fun after all.
