    Thanks. Wind range is from light to moderate. The last few days at times there was barely enough wind to keep my Walmart kite up. My budget is between $200-$300.

    I have been flying cheap Walmart kites since I was a kid. I'm ready to take it to the next level. However, I'm not sure what would be a good 1st kite.
