I ended up using some heavy line we use at work for make string loops for bows (archery). It worked great and now I'm actually making a little progress with my flying. Thanks for the great tip.

We had our first quad experience with the Rev I today. What a kick! It sure is hard to break the two-string habits though!! It seems like we were getting a very poor response when launching upside down and slowing down (stopping) when diving. Are the top and bottom lines supposed to exactly the same length? Are the connection points on the briddle suppose to all be the same distance from the "plane" of the kite? Inquiring minds what to know. The dark side is really quite cool!!

Thanks Kent. The package arrived and I have spent a little time with the video. Yes, it's real basic but it's just what I need for the moment. One must learn how to turn off the lights before one can really enter the dark side.

I got an email that didn't say much from wind yesterday that had a UPS tracking number in it. So I'm guessing that I'll have a video in hand very soon!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. For dark sided people you're alright!!!

Okay, it's working now. I hadn't "activated" myself. (hey, that's not like me!) I noticed that the error message told me to check my junk mail inbox too. Sure enough there it was with an activation message. Some people you only have to tell once. The rest of us you have to tell over and over and over again. Geez....

Okay, I clicked on email confirmation and it said it did it successfully. It also said to check my email in a few minutes but nothing ever came. (I did the same thing yesterday, BTW, and nothing has arrived yet.) I went to my profile and my e-mail address is correct there. I'm stumped!! I enter a post a couple days ago and when I go add a reply it get a message that I'm not allowed. When I try to email other members who replied it get a message saying I'm not allowed. . It will let me add a new post though! What am I doing wrong????

This is my first time posting and I was really enthused to find this place. I just purchased a used Revolution (I think it might be a Rev I) and I didn't get the instructional video with it. Does anybody out there have a copy they'd be willing to sell? This whole four-line kite flying thing is totally new to me - in fact, I have been accused of going over to the "dark side" - and I'm going to need all the help I can get to make a go of it. Thanks
