on my ass. so i came up with a pair of leather shorts with a reinforced (with cowhide) rear. problem is that the cowhide is only good for about a season. so does anyone know someone who can provide me with a butt plate light enough and durable enough to rivet to my shorts? am willing to pay $$$ for it...

Hi Flyers, I've been having a lot of fun with GFAK's Powerfoil 4.0, so much so that I've thrashed 4 of them in the past 3 yrs. Can someone recommend something just as much fun but a lot more durable?

I recommend GFAK's Powerfoil 4.0. When the wind gets over 15 kts and I put the kite in the zone, it's able to drag me downfield at a very brisk pace. And I'm 20 lbs lighter than u. It's only drawback is that it doesn't last for more than 2 seasons. Can anyone recommend something a little more durable?
