It’s a nice day to start again…..”
On Saturday October 24 Kevin Kirkendoll, a member of the Austin End Of the Line (EOL) Kite Team was married to Nicole’ Berdis on the front porch of the Fly It Port “A” kite shop in Port Aransas, Texas. We are all very happy for them and the kids and wish them all the best.
The Newlyweds have known each other for several years. Nicole’ enjoys flying fighter kites and has been part of our team field crew for many events and so have the youngsters. The entire team has been “encouraging” Kevin to marry this special lady.
A reception followed at Marcel’s Restaurant. Kevin’s long time friend and fellow kite flyer Bob Gilardi served as Best Man and Lacie Berdis was Maid of Honor. Evan Berdis, Nicole’s son gave away the Bride. Also in the wedding party were Blasé Berdis and Jessica Kirkendoll.
At the reception Nicole’ and Kevin were serenaded by Jessica and Lacie. There were few dry eyes when they finished.
Part of the Honeymoon was going to be spent on the beach flying kites!
