After acquiring quite a few older Hi-Flier paper and plastic kites at an estate sale, I wondered if they were able to fly. So I have been learning to fly them for only a small time. I can't stop looking at the wind speed prediction forecast for Topeka to plan my next flying opportunity. What a blast it is hearing the old paper kites singing in the wind. Also, I am interested in learning to make the same style as the Hi-Flier kites.
