I could try that... But I was told lines and spars would cost way more than 50 dollars just for those parts :/ And then the risk of messing something up and wasting my money all together is there too...

Ahh! That's a little over an hour from me, but I may be able to make a trip. I'm just thinking a rev for me is not in the books right now, seems to be too expensive. I was hoping I might be able to make one myself for like 50 dollars, but I learned that is pretty difficult and would cost way more :/

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and to kiting in general. I'm still in college and most of my money goes to my education, but Id love to try and pick up kiting for a free time activity. I don't know how much id be able to spend, But I certainly cant afford a new one... If anyone has any budget options for a good rev kite for a beginner please let me know!
