Well in reply to custom rev. Has strong rods, similar to say 3 wrap. Not 100%sure. Think its ripstock nylon. But don't quote me on that. So could be on the heavy side Now with regard to jb. I know he is one of the best, if not the best! So I feel that learning from the best is the only way to go. My motto has always been with regard to my injuries. If he can do it. Why can't I????? After all he is human, not a robot. Ok he has 22 years more experience. But at the end of the day. He is still HUMAN. That attitude is what has gotten me this far. So it must be working. I've noticed my improvements in the last 3 years. It is helping me over and above my expectations. The sky is the limit. So then the only way to improve is to set the bar high. That's what I'm doing. I have even noticed the difference in my flying since joining kitelife. Now that's saying something. Might have something to do with pushing myself to fly with intent. That's where I feel my flying is at. I'm an advanced flyer who wants to become a master! The only way that will happen if I push the limits of my flying. The only way to push my limits is to compare it to jb. So comparing myself to jb isn't any comparison really. But that's what is going to propel me forward. Set the bar high!!!!!!!!! So I have been using 11' for zero wind flying and only just getting away with it. Have a look at zero wind flying and tell me what you notice about me trying to fly using 11" Sent from my GT-S7275T using Tapatalk

They are standard handles that come with rtf package. Think they are 11' If don't own any other handles. Been thinking about getting an indoor rev. Made a couple mad videos at Barangaroo. Hope that people will enjoy Sent from my GT-S7275T using Tapatalk

Question. ... Can someone please tell me what size handles are used for indoor flying. I only have standard handles which comes with exp. Think they are 11'. Think I remember seeing jb's indoor tuts. Think he was using 13'. I feel that I am struggling for control using the 11'. my hands are quite spread apart at times. I'm sure that this can be seen on videos. Could someone please explain. ...... I know I'm trying to fly a custom rev to do the job of an indoor rev. I just need some experienced advice about matter. Thanks people. .. Sent from my GT-S7275T using Tapatalk

I thought tightening bugees would fix wrinkles Sent from my GT-S7275T using Tapatalk

Well that was good spotting. Someone must have a sharp eye. Thanks for the criticism. Its all constructive. That's one of the reasons why I joined kitelife. I need criticism. I'm not going to get it from anyone here because no one flys a rev. However my full vent bungee s are tight as. Still not sure if I like sail tension tight or loose. But I think it is crisper with tight sail. I'll tighten up black/lime rev today. Was wanting to go for fly today near Harbour bridge at new park called bangaroo (think that's how it is spelt). If winds stays westerly. ...... Sent from my GT-S7275T using Tapatalk

Ok cool. However I think the leading edge bungee s are tight. Think the bottom end are fairly loose. Thanks for advice people Sent from my GT-S7275T using Tapatalk

That's for the tips people. I'll have a look at it today. However I have noticed when putting on vertical rods. That they seem quite loose. So tighten them from leading edge??? Sent from my GT-S7275T using Tapatalk

I've never looked so good flying a kite.......hehehe

Yep, me too! Unless we have gotten together for a club fly. Line control is better in low wind when fishing. Yep, me too! Unless we have gotten together for a club fly. Line control is better in low wind when fishing. And so is the sea!

Yes, I was asking for feedback. From everyone. However i already knew what YOU would say reguarding my flying... Fly with intent.....hehehe Alot of my video's are urban flying. Where wind is less than ideal. Sometimes it can be a mission to just 'keep it up and flying'. Im not making excuses. HOWEVER I have problems 'thinking' you may say. Thats why i struggle with dual line stunt kite (you need to think about following trick and kite position) When I fly, I don't need to 'think'. I just 'feel' the breeze. (Amount of tension and pressure on lines) When I fly with intent, I need to concentrate and think. Thus, fatiguing my brain, lowing my concentration levels, hence flying becomes sloppy. I'm slowly trying to introduce sections of flying with more "running track". (That's where I think my flying is at) I'll get there in the end I'm sure. But you must first learn to crawl before you learn to run!!!!!!!!!!!!.....................grasshopper Thanks for the 'tip' JB.

Sounds like you have done a bit of zero wind flying... I like to go fishing when weather is that good!
-
Thanks dude. I was my first time i tried a 360. then went for 720 and so on...... I know what you are saying. I sort of worked it out. Haven't done any zero wind flying except for what you see in video's. So I've got no hours of zero wind flying. Thats why i want an indoor rev.
