Ballet Sport Kite Plans???

Hi Ya,

I am not new to flying kites, just new to this forum. I am looking for plans to a Ballet sport kite??

Anyone know where to find plans?? I want it to be able it fly in very low winds, but also be able to

fly in high wind. My team and me will be using this kite for competitions next year. Any ideas???

I also want the plans to be free!!!
