spar repair advice

Hey Kitelife forums,

I purchased a invento hq bolero 3yrs ago and I was looking for tutorials on how to repair a broken frame. The rod diameter is 5 mm and is fiberglass. I've been able to find rods that size online but unsure of how to proceed with the repair itself.

If that doesn't help (or even if it does!) perhaps provide a little more detail on which part of the frame you are fixing, and, if possible, provide a pic or two and someone here may have more specific answers for you.
