Blast or Power Blast.....that is the question!

I think it would boil down to what you are really looking for in your next kite. Both of these kites offer a lot less precision than your 1.5 but do offer quite a bit more power. If you are leaning towards getting a lot more power out of your flying then I would suggest going with the Power Blast 2-4. This kite will have more than enough power to drag you all over the place in winds between 10 and 20 mph. It will give you a hard workout while you fly. In winds below 10mph you can get some pretty amazing floats and precision flying can be fun...although not nearly as precise as the 1.5.

The Blast is very similar to the Power Blast but much more tamer. It doesnt have near the power output that the Power Blast has but still has enough to give you a good solid workout when flown in the upper wind range. The Blast is a little quicker in flight than the 2-4 and is more precise in controls...still not as precise as the 1.5 and not as fast as the Sonic or Shockwave....think of it as a shockwave on steroids without all the mind boggling speed. :blue-music:

If you are looking into buggying then the 2-4 would be my suggestion. Great buggy kite with superb control and power delivery.

Both kites can dump nearly all the power with just a quick flick of the wrists which is very awesome and sometimes unbelievable. Because you can dump the power so quickly, don't get scared off with the power output of these two kites. Even in 15 mph winds both kites can be controlled very easily with very little power output. When you want the power you can turn it on just as easy and quick, just be ready for it! :P

Hope this helps!

you should start with a blast seeing how you are jumping from a 1.5 to a more powerful kite a 2.4 is a really powerful kite if you decide to get that 1 you better be ready for it :blue-music: either 1 is a good choise but the blast is eazier to learn on then the 2.4
