the pilot whose name appears to be chinese characters, is also known as Daryl Yeh.

Yeh did two demo for us that day.

the first session he started our program by

flying through his demo sitting on the chair.

the second one, he was standing, tai-chi flying as he designed the routine (the kite face has the tai-chi figure on).

he used the same theme song but different version, with two different kites.
