I sure hope your right. I do know the guy in the shop admitted to not know much about stunt kites. He does however fly large deltas a lot. I bought the addiction because I felt like he gave me a good deal on it and I really want to start learning some basic tricks. Thank you guys for the responses. I have just refueled my kite addiction from my teens. The only difference is now it's going to be worse now that I want to read and learn to advance as far as I possibly can. I now have a new oem spine on the way should be here next week. The addiction is one of the nicest kites I have owned. Once I can learn a few basic tricks I want to move up to a better kite than the addiction. Very interesting since I just got a new addiction myself. Well I'm sure it's an old kite now but I just picked it up at the store a couple days ago. I would love to do some of this to have a better performing kite. I broke the spine first flight in mid air just by turning[emoji25]. Hello all this is going to be my first post here. I am not completely new to flying stunt kites it's just been 15 years and all I cared about then was keeping the kite in the air. Now with that said I purchased a new premier addiction stunt kite from my local hobby shop. I was all excited took the kite out set it up like the guy showed me in the store and proceeded to launch the kite into a steady 13mph wind. About 2 minute in and 4 or 5 punch turns the spine snapped. My question is does anyone know how the bridal is supposed to look? The center bridal lines on the bottom went under the lower spreader when on my older kites it was always over the top of the spreader. I'm really trying to figure out why this kite broke 3 minutes into maiden flight without crashing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
