Team Pink Panther Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 Hi Everyone, Has anyone flew the Trick Tac http://members.aol.com/RonaldKg/tricktac/tricktac.htm I plan on building the UL version (found on the bottom of the page) for this winter and for those days when there is no wind. My second question is this, this is my first indoor kite anything I should watch about when I am building (besides weight)??? Also, is ther any way to make it lighter??? Pink Panther Quote
Tristan Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Looks like a cool indoor kite. Quote
Dorsal Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 I used that design with some modifications to make a couple kites. It will fly in very low wind, but it is also very touchy to fly - no movement beyond the wrist, or you'll be in trouble in a hurry. The one-panel skin is difficult to goof up, and it really was a fun kite to build. Quote
Team Pink Panther Posted January 25, 2007 Author Report Posted January 25, 2007 Finally I built and flown the trick-tac. I love it alot and it FLOATS, at lease mine does. I built it exactly how the plans told us too. I would reccomend for anyone to build this kite Quote
