I hope it flies well. What are you doing buying kites you know nothing about though? Save up and buy something you know will make you happy? ;)

I fly the M.E.F.M., and no one one this forum seems to know anything about them. And they are the Cadillac of kites. I really hope it does well for you. I'm looking outside USA mainstream to maybe an Eolo or another MEFM.

MEFM is Aussie origin right? Heard about it and it is expensive! I've also order some P90 Skyshark rods to make my REVII UL and LE into 3 sections for portability.

Impulse only works once so I hope it flies well or you got it outta your system  The video looked cool, but how well you do with it is a different story. Like I typed, I fly a kite no one seems to know about. But the cost keeps me from buying a new one. Once I get new batteries for my camera I'll post a few pictures to show just how WORE OUT my M is. I'm sure no one has taken a kite this far ;)

The Mohawk UL will be my last kite purchase (until I have some $$$). You're right at looking outside USofA for something different. I know I can't trick that well, but I hope the Mohawk will teach me what I couldn't do with my other kites. Matter of fact I am selling some of mine to reduce space. Seems unfair for some of the kites to be kept in a bag:(

The M is now an Aussie kite. Mine is a Ray Bordelon original. Louisiana USA. Before Warren McIntoch started making the newer versions. I haven't flown one of the newer ones. But I've been assured that they fly exactly the same.

As for being expensive, you get what you pay for and the MEFM is 3 kites in one. In 11 years of owning one I have yet to use all the adjustments and other than wrap tricks, haven't found one that it won't do. Plus you can adjust it to lighten the pull over 20 mph and fly strait lines. One of the most precise kites that'll still trick that can be found anywhere.
