Reducing photo size

Hi.

Would like to know how to reduce a photo down to 7.45 k.

Noticed this site has a 2.93 mb max size.

The smallest I have been able to get to is 492kb.

Sorry for the delayed response, been on the road, at the airport now about to catch my flight to Berkeley.

The best thing I could recommend for photo editing is to do a little web research.

I'm not sure what site you're working with, but 7.45k is REALLY small... I think I'd have to not only reduce the quality significantly, but also the dimensions, to something in the 50px by 50px range, or even smaller.

It all depends on the software you have at your disposal, maybe someone else can recommend one?

If you need to edit photos and don't want to deal with actual programs (Though this does require flash), try picnik. It's an in-browser image editor.

It's the basic features you need to edit a photo. Not exactly Photoshop CS, but it does it's job well.

Have been using Microsoft Picture It 10 to reduce images.

Image is small, not expandable and blurry. :-(
