[PCKA Founder]

The Pierce County Kitefliers Association (PCKA) was founded by Chuck Anderson in 1990. The club is located in Pierce County in the state of Washington. All kitefliers are welcome, whether their kites are store bought or handmade. Almost ALL kiting types and activities are represented in the PCKA, from single-line to stunt kites of any and all description, to kite buggies and more.
