Afghan kites

I am planning to make a film about two young afghan boys who came to Holland with their family from Kabul in 1998. The film is short and will portray them on a beach in Holland flying a traditional Afghan kite, and kite fighting with two other boys. I am thus in search of Afghan kites in Holland, or someone in Holland who knows something about them and can help me build one (including the traditional charka - drum - and tar - sharp string). Any information greatly appreciated.
