Those who have never flown in a 36+ grid should attend at least one day early to get oriented with some morning training.

Does one day early mean be there Wednesday or just that you need to attend a morning training any day before you join in?

It’s relative.

If this isn’t your first large grid, it would be possible to show up “day of” and jump right in due to past experience... For yourself April, I’d encourage you to try and arrive the preceding morning - worst case, showing up around 10am on Wednesday morning would give you an hour or two of orientation amidst all the other activities before our first possible record attempt.
