I am trying to figure out some of the details and am unfamiliar with festivals, but want to participate in the mega fly. What days should I be in town if that is my goal? If this isn’t your first large grid, it would be possible to show up “day of” and jump right in due to past experience... For yourself April, I’d encourage you to try and arrive the preceding morning - worst case, showing up around 10am on Wednesday morning would give you an hour or two of orientation amidst all the other activities before our first possible record attempt. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
