Hello everyone, I am very glad to be here.  My name is Ricky Whitmore and I live in South Central Pennsylvania.  My father taught me how to fly sport kites, I learned to fly on a Trilby.  I am a Dual Line flier by trade but I will fly (or attempt to fly) anything that is given to me.  I have a basic knowledge of Quad Line flight, and I am working to get better at it.  I have even putzed around with Fighter Kites in the past.  I also enjoy flying single lines, setting up lifters with line laundry, and even setting up banner displays. 

I attend festivals and events when I can, mostly MIKE and Sunfest in Ocean City MD.  Outside of Kites, I am 23 and a recent graduate of Frostburg State University.  My other interests include fishing, hiking, and gaming.  Thank you very much for having me here, I look forward to meeting new friends, and diving into this incredible hobby that unites us!
