Will S
I just did a bit of a reframe of my rev 1.5 SLE. It now has a p200 outer LE/p90 inner LE and p90 down spars. I flew it a bit tonight in the front yard, and it shows lots of promise. Hopefully I will able to fly it indoors sometime soon Still trying to get access to a good indoor spot. Does anyone else fly a 1.5 indoors? Any suggestions on frame and bridle changes? I would love to get indoor rev and/or the really light LE, but they are currently out of my price range and thus aren't an option.
Penny Lingenfelter
hello Wil, Yes, many of fly 1.5's indoors or learned on them. Even the SLE switched out. Try hooking straight to the kite top and bottom of the vertical spars. You can even leave pigtails on it, so it's ready to be hooked up at all times. Long throw, or SUL handles will make it easier. Lowering your hands on the handles will make it easier, giving you more control. It is harder to learn on a 1.5, but very doable. Enjoy. BB Penny I just did a bit of a reframe of my rev 1.5 SLE.
