I have the black and white kitten line laundry by Premiere Kites. I can’t get the head to inflate. The two bridle lines attached to the ears just collapse together. Any tips?

So hard to tell from the picture... but... check to make sure that the bridles are fully straight from the body of the inflatable. If they are even the slightest bit twisted, it will mess up the geometry and it won't inflate properly.

Pull the kite closer to you, the inflatable should work fine 5 feet off the ground, and give you a close up look at what might be wrong...

Another thing I'd try would be to carefully inflate it at home with a leaf blower, that might shed some light on what's going on.

Thanks for the tips @RobB. Your response notification went to my spam folder and I just now saw it. Really good idea about using a leaf blower to experiment. I called Premier Kites and got some customer support. I was told to attach the front bridle (i.e., the nose and front paws) to a separate line to control the amount of pull to help shape the head. Still not as perfect as I'd like, but much better. And flying it down at around 15-20 feet altitude delighted a couple of toddlers at the beach -- which is why we do this, right? 🙂
