I would recommend they try cycling their routers, by unplugging power for about 20 seconds and plugging back in. No problems have been reported by other Norton users. The other solution, if it is indeed Norton causing the problems, is to set the program to allow ads specifically from Kitelife... Trusting that all of our content is clean. Quote
