Can you identify this kite?

This kite was in a bag that said Spectra Sport Kites. Was it made by Spectra? I did a search and wasn't able to find any of their kites (just their famous lines). Thanks for any help.

There was a Spectra Star company out of Yuma, AZ that made SLK's and stunt kites. I believe they are out of business now, though several of their kites appear to be still on the market under the New Tech brand. No association with the spectra fiber used for kite lines. Afraid I don't recognize your dualie.
